This course is an initiation for women who desire to deepen their connection with their womb, as much as for women who want to facilitate Womb Yoga and Womb based Circles.
In this training we will blend both science and the sacred to create a holistic approach on womb practices. We will explore the womb both as a physical organ and as an energetic center.
Womb Yoga is a practice that combines breath, movement, and sound to support women to reconnect with their body, release stagnant energies and cultivate the health of their reproductive organs.

WE WILL EXPLORE DIFFERENT POSTURES AND SEQUENCES THAT FOCUS MAINLY ON ACTIVATING AND RELAXING THE HIPS, THE PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES AND THE WOMB.
This therapeutic approach of movement includes asanas, mudras, meditation, different breathing exercises and specific sequences of flow of movements.
Womb Yoga is an invitation to return to the sacredness of your body. A path in which each movement is a prayer, guiding you back home to your wholeness. This practice alchemizes sound, breath and movement in order for you to enter in a state of full presence in which you can surrender to the wisdom of your body, merge with the Divine and soften to your Feminine Radiance.
We will combine different perspectives and approaches of womb work inspired by Schamanic Healing Practices , Taoism, Tantra, Natural Gynecology and Yogic Tradition.
We are dancing this path for ourselves, for those that came before us and those yet to come.

I recommend it with my eyes closed. This training called me after having studied traditional yoga in India in a more so called "masculine" approach. For a yoga practice suitable for women, I think this course is essential. All you have to do is get started!
