EACH WEEK WE WILL DIVE INTO A DIFFERENT THEMATIC RELATED TO WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT.
We will approach it from a physical, energetic and emotional perspective. Once you are on board, you will receive the link to the platform providing you with all the material. Each module contains a transmission video, an embodiment practice and journaling prompts, to support the integration of our weekly call.
